LEADERS’ PROGRAM KICKOFF GALA!

(And ice cream, too)

 

 

FOR ALL LEADERS AND COMMITTEE MEMBERS

 

 

WHAT: Program Kickoff and Fall Recruiting Orientation
WHEN: Thursday, August 13, 2009

6:30 doors open

6:45 ice cream is served

7:00 meeting begins

8:30 close

 WHERE:  Day County Courthouse (the regular Roundtable site).  
 WHY: Program Kickoff: Receive all the North Star District information your Pack, Troop,
  or Crew needs to have a super program for the coming Scouting year.   Remember you MUST have at least two people from your unit attend.  There will be split sessions and you will need representation at each of the following:

Popcorn Sale:  information, dates, pickup information and much more!  Come and learn how you can finance your unit for a FANTASTIC year of Scouting with ONE fundraiser and NO money out of parent’s pockets.

Fall Recruitment: Receive information for your Pack, Troop, or Crew to have a fantastic fall recruitment.  Pick up your unit’s packet, posters, flyers, lawn signs, and more.  Learn new ways to effectively use your time bringing new youth into your unit.  This is the meeting ALL your leaders should attend.

 

Come out for the evening.

Renew old acquaintances.

Eat a little ice cream.

Put your name in for a door prize.

Get informed!

Get ready for a GREAT Scouting year!
